Our Vice President of Sales, Jason Medley, has closed many short sales and is very knowledgeable when it comes to understanding Land Trust and Options Contracts. He is also well versed in all of the many of the critical aspects of lender negotiation and will tell you that 90% of your time needs to be focused on the BPO/appraisal.

iVisionary was born out of necessity when Jason began to face challenges surrounding his short sale business due to the new requirements that title/escrow companies are implementing in regards to having your own funds for your first closing. For years title companies would allow short sale investors to utilize the funds from the second transaction to fund the first transaction. When this method went away, Jason began looking for hard money lenders who could fund his deals and found these type of short term, transactional lenders were few and far between. iVisionary Funding was created to fill this gap.
