Wow!!! You put this right where it needs to be. I just love listening to how you can clear things up. We were also wondering how the lender can sell notes and make profits and not disclose. Buying and reselling is the “American Way”. This is what “free enterprise” is all about. Why is this becoming a challenging issue? We bring value to everyone concerned in our short sale investor business model. We disclose everything to everyone and seller and buyers are happy and want to move on. Why don’t the lenders and the governement see this? This model is the answer when there is no answer out here for these sellers. I am sure you will agree with us as far as the “distressed sellers” we have met most of them would like to not loose their home but this is the only way they can move on. The house is “under water” and the seller lost his job and is so far behind that they are delighted when someone comes and makes an offer to keep them from foreclosure. The sellers we have closed with have been so glad that we took the responsibility of working with these “non-concerned” lenders. The other thing that I think so many times we fail to mention is that many times the investors steps out of the deal to keep the homeseller from foreclosure. If that does not bring “VALUE”then what does. Thanks again for keeping us informed.
